We have a roof mounted antenna (do not need installation or replacement) The holding brackets need to be loosened and the antenna re-directed to the over-the-air (OTA) television signal from Mount Wilson in Los Angeles. I will be downstairs with a connected TV to confirm when the direction is optimal. Requires a tall ladder for roof access - and being comfortable walking across roof.

A few years ago, a DirecTV installer, severed my rooftop antenna's coaxial cable. DirecTV denies this happened but that installer was the only person on the roof. I'm fighting with DirecTV right now but would like to get some estimates to run new coax into my apartment. There is very easy access from my patio to my roof; no gigantic ladders are needed - just someone very experienced with this kind of work.
