Can you repair a severly broken Hovet mirror from IKEA, part number 405.071.96?

I need it to alarm if somone touch it and key start

I need help mounting two curtain rod brackets and one medium-sized mirror on drywall. I already drilled holes and inserted plastic anchors for the curtain rod, but one of the screws is not holding — the anchor pulled out under weight. I’d like someone to reinstall it securely, possibly with better anchors (toggle bolts or similar). For the mirror, I’d like it installed safely and level. Please bring proper tools and wall anchors suitable for drywall. Thank you!
