I have two night stands and one corner shelving system to be put together. I have a powder room in which I am installing peel and stick precut black shiplap (feels more like soft balsa wood). Needs to be cut to fit small spaces though. planks are only 36-38 inch high. All planks have been bought. I also have a pre-cut molding kit to go on master bedroom wall.

This is for a home builder that is building a new community, so the completion of the homes would be spread out. Each home would have approximately 14 windows and a french door that would need blinds installed. The builder expects to build 100 -200 homes. I do not have a specific budget, so I am just going to enter $10 in that required field.I can provide specific dimensions, but I need to know general pricing (per foot?) to expect

I have two wooden decks that need staining. Total of 795 sf. The job entails power washing the decks, letting them dry over 2 days, some spot sanding here and there, and 2 coats of stain. I supply all materials, including the stain, brushes, rags, trays, sandpaper and I provide a power washer. I have a sander but it's not very powerful.
