To diagnose the issue, we engaged our water treatment service provider, Culligan, to assess our water softener system. The technician confirmed that the water quality meets the required standards, and they could not identify any problems on their end, which leads us to believe the issue lies with the espresso machine itself. The machine is currently operational but continues to experience leaking from the boiler, which is causing concern for potential damage and operational disruption.
