Sewing machine needs repairing

not used it for quite a while ,so l oiled it ,left it for a bit,so tried it and the hand wheel not turning when l press down the foot peddle ,l think it might need a new fan belt as not had one since lve had the machine,and it needs a good service on it as well. thank you

For an art exhibition, I am wanting to make a wall covering that looks like the international space station by creating cushioned looking walls and sewing some squares of Velcro onto them. Basically I have a bunch of mattress protectors and I need straight lines sewn, the and then adjoining together. I do not have a sewing machine so tasker can be anywhere in London but needs to be completed by 1:30pm Wednesday.

Hi, I've no idea of what this should cost so ignore what I put for budget, I am also getting quotes from specialised tent repair companies so I'll have more context then. I have a 5m canvas bell tent (300gsm I think). It has some holes/small rips that need stitching and/or patches added. There are around 5 in total, no more than a few inches each, but 2 are on tension points/seams, the others are on flat sections. I would be able to bring it to you, and could leave it for repair. There is no rush for this, I won't be using it until next year (spring 2027). I'd be happy to be flexible around when and how long it will take etc. One section pictured seems to have a few small holes forming so would need a large patch I think. I'm happy to get the material needed for patches if advised on what I need to get to provide. Thank you!

You'll need a sewing machine for this task. I have 2 single flat sheets that I'd like you to sew together to make a single duvet, leaving the bottom partially open and adding poppers or buttons for the closure. The standard dimensions for a single duvet are: 135 cm x 200 cm. You can pickup the fabric at my place and then bring the finished item back when you're done. Timing flexible.

Suitcase zip by needs replacing

I have a black skirt I wear all the time. The hidden zipper broke and needs replacing. Would need a new black hidden zipper about 4.5 inches to be sewn into the skirt.
