I need help with mounting a mirror on the wall. The mirror dimensions are 120 x 60 cm, 11 kg, it needs to be mounted about 30cm from the ground. Mirror needs to be moved from ground floor to 1st floor, no lift. Will need a drill. I have screw. Pictures of mirror and wall attached.

Hi there, I would like someone to help with wall mounting a 49" TV. I already have a suitable full motion bracket, I'm just not sure where it's best to drill as I'm struggling to find studs and I'm not sure where electric cables could be. It's a well insulated new build, the wall is likely drywall with a shallow hollow space behind (not entirely sure but it's been like that elsewhere in the house). Picture attached of the two walls where the bracket could go (the bracket will be pulled out so that the TV sits in the corner). Please reach out if you need more details.
