Hello, I am looking for someone who visually has a very good eye for detail. Also preferably experienced in viewing houses to rent /buy. It's a brief job but important and the person will need to be very focused during that time. I am not in the UK so need help from someone to be my 'eyes' for the viewing of a property in Littleborough, a short walk from the train station. There will be some feedback to me during the half hour with the agent but also briefly after leaving the property. I think it will need to be on Friday 7th in daylight hours although there may be a possibility for Thursday 6th. Primarily it will be to check there's no visible signs of damp or damage anywhere to the interiors and also to see how things are finished. For example, are the kitchen cupboards all flush or is there evidence of bad workmanship. However, i'm also interested in how you feel in the property, sense of space, light, general 'feel'. I have a keen eye for detail in quality and design (used to be a designer) so hoping for someone with a similar appreciation of aesthetic if possible. Thank you for reading.
