On Saturday 21 June, I am hosting a BBQ with family and friends. I am looking for a person who has experience in BBQ-ing (meats, prawns, and food skewers ). You would need to be confident setting the fire for the BBQ, making the food, taking orders when people approach the BBQ, and giving people food when they approach you at the BBQ. I estimate timings to be 2-6pm

Hello, We are hosting a BBQ party at our home for about 25-30 people. The task primarily involves taking full control of grilling all the food for the BBQ. There will be approximately 5 kinds of non-veg options (Chicken, prawns, beef, pork ribs) that need to be grilled and 4 kinds of veg (Paneer - which is a cottage cheese), Broccoli, Halloumi slices, Sweet -Potatoes) The food will all be prepared and will just need to be grilled at a few different times during the day. Cooking gloves and Apron will be provided. The tasker should have a strong knowledge of cooking and should have experience grilling on a BBQ. We don't want overcooked / undercooked food please!
