I need someone based in or near London to attend a viewing at a property on Prestwood Street / Wenlock Road, N1 on my behalf. The task would involve: Attending the viewing at a scheduled time (to be coordinated with the landlord) Confirming the property and landlord are legitimate (i.e. the flat exists, matches the listing, and the person showing it is who they claim to be) Taking clear photos and/or a short video walkthrough of the room, shared spaces, and general condition of the flat Asking a few basic questions on my behalf (e.g. move-in flexibility, bills, deposit protection scheme) — I'll provide a short list beforehand Sharing your honest impressions of the neighborhood — general safety, whether it feels welcoming/comfortable, if there are nearby pubs/bars that might mean noise at night, and overall noise levels around the property (traffic, nightlife, etc.) A quick call or message afterward to walk me through everything I'll coordinate the appointment time with the landlord and share their contact details once a Tasker is confirmed. Ideally looking for someone available within the next 1–2 days.
