Need a tv mount put up on a bedroom wall

85inch Hisense TV is currently mounted upstairs. Need it removed along with the wall mount, and taken downstairs to be wall mounted. Soundbar also to be mounted. Cables to be hidden behind wall. Wall is gyprock. There has been previous holes there.

Samsung 55-inch AU8000 (2021 model). TV powers on with normal picture and sound for approximately 15 seconds before switching off. Previously was stuck in a blue flash/black screen boot loop. Suspected power supply board, backlight or main board fault. Looking for diagnosis and repair quote.
