The TV has a dark section and a faint line across the middle. It is more than 3 years old. It has never been repaired before. The TV is on its original stand. There is no sound problem, just a picture issue. The TV has not suffered any physical damage or liquid exposure. The issue happens on all channels and HDMI devices. Requesting a mobile repairer as the TV is too large and heavy to move.
