Recently did renovations and hung gyprock plasterboards to the ceiling and walls. Of course, i did a pretty poor job of installing the sheets so please factor that into your offer. I would like the 3 coat plastering / mudding done to the following: Approx 35 sqm of ceiling which has a step transition. Wall on top and right side of sliding glass door (approx 4 sqm) A column that sticks out of another wall (approx 2 sqm). I will do the bits that would be hidden or covered as i have a tight budget. Scope of works to be ready for prep work for painting. I have included a close up photo to show the (poor) quality of the plasterboard installation. The other photos show the area that needs done inside the red line. I got a question re sanding: no need to sand after the final coat. But in between yes. Any more questions let me know.
