Have hung some cut up sheets of gyprock and done the first coat of compound. Hung the gyprock against wall studs that aren’t even and the gyprock has some uneven areas that are difficult to smooth out. Looking for someone to come and fix the existing job and smooth it out ready for painting. Or cut out it and hang a new sheet ready for painting. Width 1.5m Height 2.25m

Need a smallish hole in drywall repaired, about 5cm x 12cm in size where a person slipped on the stairs and accidentally kicked the wall. Hole is near the skirting. - Due date: Flexible

Shelf cleats had been siliconed onto the wall, which is damaged where they were removed. Also holes for 4 GPO sized outlets (for stereo connections, antenna outlets etc.) to be patched. Thin skimming of 2 small vertical lines where outside wardrobe panels were painted. - Due date: Flexible

Significant crack developed in garage ceiling dry plaster. Crack measures approximately 1 meter in length. Affected area surrounding is now sloped in towards the crack. Affected area measures approximately 1.2m x 2m. I need a couple of speakers mounted on to a wall in my apartment. The walls are dry wall, and I'm not sure where the studs are if any. Someone has said I may need to mount a piece of wood running horizontal along the wall, with the wood mounted by the studs, and then the speakers mounted on to the wood, as it's likely the studs won't be where I want the speakers. See attached photo of where speakers, they are currently on stands, but want them mounted up towards the canvas prints. The other photo is the brackets that I already have to mount them.

Apartment What would you like the handyperson to work on? Two small (hand sized) surface rips in the dry wall on the ground floor where a picture frame was removed. Looking to seal and repaint the spots. Lack the tools do it myself. This should be covered under critical work (as it involves us moving house) under the new lockdown. Will just need a receipt to provide to the landlord.
