Standard end of lease wall touch up / repair. Standard apartment end of lease cleaning. There is no furniture in the apartment. It will also have been vacant for a few days prior to the cleaning. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining area and balcony. Walls are all painted white. 1 bedroom has about 6 or so patches (smaller than 4cmx4cm) where adhesive hooks have been removed, with some of the paint coming off with the hook, exposing the drywall behind. Rest of the apartment just needs some white paint touch up on some of the corners/doors/walls. Please provide own equipment.
