Hi, I would like to get the balcony balustrade replaced. Im looking to replace it with a timber/or timber look vertical batten style. I have attached a pic of a white house that has something similar to what im after. The Picture with the grey horizontal balustrade is what I currently have and need to replace. Balustrade is 10 meters x 1 meter high

Installation of an alluminium balustrade from Bunnings on a new outdoor staircase. The staircase is one flight, straight with 13 treads. The supplied ballustrade pack includes 3 posts to be screwed down to the treads, four sets of brackets to attach the balustrade and two sections of ballustrade. The ballustrade is flatpack but is easy to assemble. The ballustrade rails will need to be shortened to fit. They are easily cut with a hacksaw. The bottom post of a staircase wooden balustrade has dry rot and needs to be replaced. The stairs are out doors and exposed to rain. I was thinking that it would be best replaced with an aluminium (or similar) post. There are also a couple of facia deck boards that have similar probem and need to be replaced. - Due date: Flexible

Need a licensed carpenter to replace some rotting timber on my balustrade and deck-. I will need a typed eceipt with your business name listing all work done when finished please. Need the task done next week on Wednesday. Task 1 - replace 9m of bottom rail and make sure it is facing the correct way. It doesn’t matter if it does not match existing bottom rail as that has been built facing the wrong way. Task 2 - replace 22m of deck timber each piece is 8.5cm wide. I only need the outside piece of deck replaced. The decking has been cut to fit around the posts - it doesn’t extend under the posts. The deck is one storey high with fairly easy access to put a ladder. Also need 5m of fascia replaced - also 8.5m wide
