The 'shower': Has 1 cracked tile. +Needs: 1) Replacing 1 tile (I have spare tiles). 2) Remove old grout. 3) filling holes with epoxy grout so there is no leakage (2 walls and floor) of 1 sqm by 4sqm = 5 sqm. 4) Clean. ========================= 'Bathroom' flooring: The WHOLE flooring needs to be: 1) 2 coats waterproofed 2)re-tiled over exisiting tiles. (needs new tiles). 3)Epoxy grout. Tile size to be 300x300 non slip mid range quality. 4)New floor waist required. 5) Angle trimming. (1 meter). No screeding required. Size 2.5sqm X 2sqm.
