Tile an existing garage concrete floor with large format 3000mm X 1000mm tiles. Existing concrete floor condition was prepped for tiling, areas where it is not level can be packed with glue to level out. Please note this is not for the amateur tiler, It involves skill and the right set of tools as the tiles are 5.5mm thickness with a fibreglass layer beneath for some flexibility due to the size. No spare tiles are available there is enough layed out for the job. I will supply the grout and tiles.

Want to find a tradesman to if possible tile over a heavily cracked concrete garage floor not sure if it’s possible without tiles cracking in future

I need regrouting of tiles, approx. 60m2 total area. We have all grout materials including flexible additive to be mixed to make the grout less prone to crack. Tiler to remove existing grout and regrout as well as seal all edges with silicone. Please see attached photo showing the tile.

Looking for a stone mason to install just over 8.4 m2 of porcelain counter top & sides. We would also like splashbacks to each side (roughly 4.13m in length of different heights). We will pay for the supply. The slabs are 12mm thick and approx 1.6m x 3.2m (5.12m2), we will order four slabs totalling around 46.6m2. We would like 40mm returns installed, probably mitred edge. You will provide all materials including glue, sealant, etc. You will also need to pickup the stone from a local supplier and do all cutting necessary. The measurements provided are only for information, you should confirm actual measurements and requirements on site prior to proceeding ahead.
