I need an experienced concreter to level, screed and bull float an internal slab pour. Location: Ferntree Gully VIC (rear rooms of a studio building). Details: • Approx 3.5–4.0 m³ total concrete • Two adjoining rooms at different finished levels (approx 100 mm height difference, brick wall between them) • Total area approx 10 m x 3.6 m • Individual spaces are 6.15m x 3.65m and 3.7m x 3.65m • 100 mm slab thickness in each space • Concrete will be line pumped through the building to the rear rooms Prep is complete: crushed rock, XPS insulation and reinforcement are all installed and ready. I need someone to handle accurate levelling, screeding and bull floating only on pour day (yet to be booked, but hopefully in the next two weeks). Looking for someone experienced with internal pours and pumped concrete.

I have a walk-in shower with a linear drain at the back wall. The shower is 1200 × 1000, slab already falls toward the drain. I need a single-plane screed at 1:60 into a 900mm linear drain. Screed must be ready for waterproofing.

Its 3m wide by about 2.5m in depth We need the screed to fall into the open shower which will be in the back right corner of the photos and drain properly. Hi there, I have a front patio which is circa 6sqm. There were tiles there previous so is already smooth and has the correct fall etc. Tiles have been removed and now I want to lay tessellated tiles. However, I want to use bluestone edging which is 30mm thick + adhesive. So I need to raise the area by around 23m to account for the bluestone, so the tessellated tiles will be at the same level. I'm not 100% on pricing etc. here so please do contact me with any ideas or thoughts. One thing to note as well, is that I'll be there with you. I won't get in the way and I'm not looking over you, I'm just keen to learn and see how it's done. Flexible, but would prefer a Saturday. Pic attached which shows the area when it was tiled. Also, I'll have the bluestone edging here ready so can be utilised to get heights.
