I'm looking for a quote to refresh two bathrooms. I've attached photos of the shower and floor. The two bathrooms are the same size, the showers are identical. Scope of work: 1. Two Showers (priority): Remove old grout from the wall tiles and re-grout with a quality water resistant (or epoxy) grout in white. Remove all old silicone and re-silicone where needed, including the tray to wall and tray to tile junctions, vertical wall corners, and the glass frame seals, using mould resistant sanitary silicone. 2. Floor: The bathroom floor grout looks mostly intact, so I'm expecting a clean and spot repairs. This means raking out and replacing any cracked, missing or crumbling grout, and replacing the silicone where the floor meets the wall. I have also attached an old picture of the bathroom to give you an idea of the size of the floor. Floor area is approximately 3-4m2 Let me know if you have questions. The grout in my tiled shower area is mouldy, discoloured and coming away in some places. Most of the damage is at the shower end of the bathtub, where the area receives the most water. The silicone around the bathtub, wall corners and glass shower screen also needs replacing. Please provide separate quotes for: 1. Repairing only the damaged areas. 2. I have a shower over bath that needs to be regrouted (edges and in between tiles). The sealant around my drain and showerhead has come off so please include in quote. The work is based on two professional leak detection reports. Property 1: Shower recess requires professional re-caulking. Property 2 • Remove existing grout and re-grout the shower recess. • Remove existing silicone and re-caulk throughout. • Seal/caulk the cracked shower wall tile. Scope of Work • Remove all existing silicone. • Re-caulk both shower recesses with high-quality mould-resistant silicone. • Remove deteriorated grout and re-grout where required. • Please quote using epoxy grout, as these are high-traffic bathrooms and I want a longer-lasting finish. • Seal the cracked shower tile at one property. • Leave the bathrooms clean upon completion.
