Looking to have the tiled floor of my standard shower, being 145cm x 90cm in the ensuite regrouted with cement based grout as it is worn. The rest of the tiles on the walls look of good condition. The work is based on two professional leak detection reports. Property 1: Shower recess requires professional re-caulking. Property 2 • Remove existing grout and re-grout the shower recess. • Remove existing silicone and re-caulk throughout. • Seal/caulk the cracked shower wall tile. Scope of Work • Remove all existing silicone. • Re-caulk both shower recesses with high-quality mould-resistant silicone. • Remove deteriorated grout and re-grout where required. • Please quote using epoxy grout, as these are high-traffic bathrooms and I want a longer-lasting finish. • Seal the cracked shower tile at one property. • Leave the bathrooms clean upon completion. The two properties are only a short distance apart, so both jobs can be completed on the same visit.

We need our two bathrooms re grouted. Remove existing grout and freshen with new coloured grout. Then re cork edges and our bath etc

1. Bottom floor-to-wall joints & walll vertical internal corner joints. The existing silicone sealant has developed mold. Need to be scrapped out & reapply with fresh, mold resistant sanitary silicone. 2. Floor regrouting. The grout between tiles has degraded. Need to be regrouted. 3. Leaking Shower Screen. Water is leaking out from underneath the bottom corner & middle frame of the glass shower screen & pooling on the main bathroom floor. Remove silicon from all joins (including shower screen) and re-caulk with mould proof silicon to effectively seal. Preference for a professional job with workmanship warranty. Saturday 4th July is preferred but may be able to accommodate Saturday the 11th.

Re grout and caulk small shower

Hi all Looking for a tiler or handyman with solid tiling experience to fix up tiles in our small laundry and bathroom. It's a small space, roughly 1.5x1.5m. See attached floorplan and photos (though note the washing machine and dryer have now been removed). Would not be looking to do anything to the shower tiling/grouting - just looking for the laundry and the rest of bathroom. What needs doing: - Around 10 cracked tiles to be replaced (marked with blue tape in photo). They're standard white 100x100 square tiles. Happy to supply replacements (proposing to get White Matt 100x100 Pressed Edge from National Tiles). - Full regrout of the floor. Existing grout has come out in a fair few spots and the rest is looking tired, so I'd rather do the lot than patch it. Happy to chat through it before booking. Ideally would be available tomorrow (Friday) afternoon but can find another time if needed. Cheers

Remove old grout, replace new grout and apply sealant around edge for ground floor shower. Shower walls are mainly fine, regrouting is for the basin. There is also a leaky pipe above plaster ceiling. Not strictly required but Preference is that you can also help tape or replace the pvc pipe (plaster will need to be cut/replaced). Can be discussed on site.
