Hi. I have a small bathroom requiring re-grouting of wall tiles (possibly not all, pending your advice) and re grouting of terracotta floor tiles. The bath needs re-surfacing if this is within your scope of works. Same terracotta floor tiles require re grouting in toilet and small laundry. There is a small problem area of floor around newly installed laundry tub that is untiled & also has partial base board protruding. This requires attention (I would appreciate your advice.)
