I require an experienced person to replace the silicone at the base of shower and regrout tiles in small apartment shower.

Our shower needs professional recruiting. We attempted but didn’t remove mould adequately prior and the mould has spread through our new silicone. We think this is something that is best left in professionals hands, and would love to receive a quote for the job. We are looking for - removal all current grout & silicone - clean out mould, and treat mould - regrout and silicone We are happy to negotiate the price too

Four broken tiles in kitchen need replacement. See pictures. Fixer will need to bring tiles as well (as close a match as possible). Tiles are off white and grey and size is 18 inch by 18 inch.

My shower needs cleaning and regrouting. Would like someone that has the ability to dry the wall to prevent future mould.

Small shower grout seems to have disintegrated and the drain appears to have never been sealed.

Break up and remove cracked tile, glue and install new tile 600X600 and grout. You only supply glue for that one tile

Tiling just the floor of a small toilet and laundry. Old tiles need to be ripped out. I was thinking just one wall of the toilet to be fully tiled. All the rest just the floor. I have tiles in a small shower base where cracks have appeared in the grout so need to regrout it (shower floor only). Silicone seems fine. Not a huge amount of grout. Pretty small tiles. While we’re at it, a second shower floor has two small cracks in the floor grout to patch. Rest of grout appears perfect. Neither shower is leaking. Both have bases under the tiles.
