We need 2 (or 3) wait staff to plate up and serve finger food, replenish tea, coffee and juice station and tidy up afterwards. This will be at my mother's funeral, expecting approximately 100 guests. Funeral starts at 10am, so the staff would need be at the funeral home to meet me before 9.45am. The staff will need to receive the food at approximately 10.30am from the caterers; then plate up and place at some food stations. Must be presentable, discrete and serene. Must have references. Price is for all staff - NOT per person.
