We are hosting a private function at Newstead House on Saturday 1st November for 85 people. We require 1 person between the hours of 1.30pm - 9.30pm. Tasks include; * Initial set up (includes bar area & seating) * Serving of beer, wine & champagne through out the evening * Help with light pack down at the end * Wear a white or black shirt * Must provide an RSA certificate ahead of the event * Outline previous experience * Light dinner will be provided I am prepared to pay $300 for the night.

To serve food at a private event

Looking for someone to come and make cocktails for about 3-4 hours for our engagement party catering around 50-70 people. Hours to be confirmed but most likely 6pm-10pm Would be just doing 3 set cocktails most likely mojito, s** on the beach and limoncello spritz, but open to suggestions ! Thinking of having a slushie machine also All ingredients and glassware will be provided as well as a station to prepare and serve drinks. Someone with previous cocktail making experience and equipment would be ideal! Date: 4th October Time: 9:30 to 1:30 Location: Kakowan Community Facility, 2 Pine Hills Drive, Bunya, 4055 The party will start at 10am so you will be required to help set up food on tables before hand. You may be required to cut up fruit and prepare fruit punch before the event. You will be required to make cups of tea for guests. There is a coffee kiosk at the venue. You will be required to let the guests know they have the option to order coffee at the kiosk and maybe take coffee orders for some of the older guests.
