We’re hosting a Halloween wedding party (Hallowedding) at our house for approximately 70 guests and would love someone to help keep everything tidy and running smoothly throughout the evening. We’re looking for someone from approximately 6 pm to midnight to regularly check and clean the toilets, restock supplies, empty bins, collect cups and rubbish, clean up spills, and generally keep the party areas presentable. We’d also like someone comfortable dealing with minor bathroom mishaps, such as a blocked toilet. This isn’t a deep-cleaning job. We want someone proactive, reliable, friendly and happy to work independently while everyone enjoys the party. We’ll provide cleaning products, equipment and supplies. Previous experience cleaning or assisting at parties and events would be ideal. Please let us know your relevant experience and your price for the evening.

50th birthday party at home. Would like help to bring out the food and tidy away after. Maybe pass around canapes before hand. Around 80 people. Guests will dish up their own but help bringing out and putting away would be great. Food will be prepared but might need heating. Will probably serve dinner around 5.30/6pm. I would say help for 2 or 3 hours.

We are having a small wedding ceremony at Hidden Grove and we need someone to serve some drinks either side of the ceremony. So half an hour before, then about half an hour to 45 mins after while we get some photos nearby .

I’m having a casual backyard wedding with around 40 guests and am looking for a celebrant to conduct a short and sweet ceremony of around 30 minutes. My company manufactures GPS tracking equipment used to conserve native Australian wildlife. I will exhibit at The Ecological Conference. But I will be alone and need help for a few hours on Monday Nov. 30, Tuesday Dec. 1 and Wednesday Decemeber 2. No special knowledge is required. For our small wedding (50 guests) we’ve asked that people bring flowers instead of gifts and these flowers will create the decorations for the ceremony and reception (all on our acreage property). I’m looking for someone with the ability to style the flowers that are brought by the guests into small table vases and centrepieces and aisle decorations just before the ceremony.
