Duties include scanning tickets on arrival and, after the cruise, checking guests onto the correct coach transfers. Once guest check-in is complete, you’ll get to enjoy the remainder of the 4-hour boat party while remaining available if any assistance is needed. We are seeking an experienced host to MC and facilitate a Murder Mystery Party for approximately 30 guests. The event will commence at 6:00 pm and is expected to run for around 2 hours, although we are flexible on the duration depending on the format and style of the experience. The venue will provide the required audio equipment. We are happy for the host to use a theme or script they are already familiar with, or alternatively, we are open to purchasing a suitable script for the host to deliver and run during the event. I would like 2 experienced waiters to serve food and drink from 5.30 - 8.30 pm at a private party. I’m hosting a lunch for 10 people at my house (New Farm) on Sat 7 Dec. It starts at 2pm. Essentially I am just after some support (to ensure I stay out of the kitchen!!). We would have some basic food prep (but the intent is to have most of it prepped or ready for easy plating); serving drinks (mostly wine or spritz’s) but would be interested in cocktails (but I would have these pre-batched - so essentially measure, shake and pour) and clearing the tables (and cleaning). It might sound like a lot but we’re pretty self sufficient (eg. Wine can be on the tables). Thinking 1-5 is probably plenty (we’ll kick on but food service done). We’re having a party for my husbands 50th this weekend at our house. It’s a sit down dinner for 20 people. We have a great chef coming and he is bringing an assistant to help him in the kitchen, but we would like someone to help serve the food and serve drinks etc before dinner and during. The event starts at 3pm (with main meal served at 4pm), but we’re hoping you could come at 2pm to help set up etc, then we imagine we’d be all done with eating by 6pm, so a 4 hr booking.
