Toy Story theme, entertainers and catered pizza are booked, so this is about keeping things running smoothly so I can be with my family. 10:00–11:00 — Setup Help set out tables, chairs and tablecloths, lay out food platters, set up drinks and eskies. 11:00–1:45 — During the party Keep food and drink tables stocked and tidy, help serve when pizza arrives at 12, clear plates and rubbish as we go, help hand out cake at 1:30. 1:45–2:30 — Pack-down We must be out of the hall by 2:30, so pack-down starts as soon as cake is done. Clear food tables first, then wipe tables, stack chairs, sweep, bag ALL rubbish and remove it from the site. The hall has cleaning conditions so it needs to be left clean.
