We need someone from 3.30-7 to help with tasks like clearing and washing up dishes, keeping the food and drinks area tidy, putting out more food and drink as required, emptying bins, cleaning up if people drop food or drinks inside, sweep and mop the floors afterwards and vacuum the rugs. This shouldn't be a difficult job - we'd like someone to help so we can relax and enjoy the party and not have to run around doing these tasks. Needs to be someone who can work independently - look around and see what needs to be done and does it. Hospitality experience desirable.

I’m hosting a family and a few friends for a casual drinks and bbq. I’m wanting a person to come for a couple of hours around 3:30-6:30pm and help clean up the glasses and the kitchen mess generally from the event, through out rubbish, tidy up the used spaces, check toilet paper, and get all the glassware used for the event back in its boxes before 6:30pm so that they’re ready for the bus to take them with us when we take them to the next location - it’s going to be in and out al day, and people will clean up after themselves too, there will be probably 30-40 or so people in total, but I just want it all to be clean by the time we leave so that my mum can relax and not stress about stuff being everywhere/ kitchen being messy/ cans or bottles having to be picked up. We live in a smaller 4 bedroom one story home.
