Hi, I’m looking for someone to decorate a small function room at a restaurant for a 40th birthday celebration. Access to the room is available from 5:00 - 6:30 pm, so all decorating would need to be completed within that timeframe. I’m thinking of balloons, banners, and other decorative touches to help brighten the room and create a festive atmosphere. Ideally, you would be able to supply all decorations, as I will not be there to assist with the setup. Please let me know if this is something you can help with.
