Someone to help clean up after a dinner party from 9pm - 1am. Needs some experience

My wife’s 36 birthday. Wanted a mixology class for 1.5 hours for her and a few friends. (5-7) Start time would be 7:45 pm till 9:15 ish.

This may seem an extremely odd task / request, but after lots of research I can’t seem to find if task is possible or where to enquire.
