Hosting a Halloween party … need an assistant to help welcome guests, clear cups, cheese boards, guide ppl to toilets, answer buzzer, set out plates for pizza etc, and generally be a helping hand for the event. Does not include set up / pack down just a friendly helping hand at a fun party so I (the host) can be present and spend time with the guests and not be running about. My party starts around 5pm (yes that’s early but ppl have kids etc) and finishes by 10pm this gig is from 4pm till about 8:30pm. I’m a female photographer, and there will be lots of wonderful women attending to have their portraits taken. We’re looking for someone to run a fun and interactive cocktail-making class 🍸🍹 You don’t need to be a professional mixologist — we’re simply looking for someone who is comfortable making cocktails and leading a lively, social session. All equipment, glassware and ingredients will be provided, so you’ll just need to bring your personality, cocktail knowledge and energy! As it’s a hens party, we’d ideally love a fun, confident male who is comfortable being the centre of attention. If you’re confident enough to run the class shirtless, that would be a fun bonus for the group, but it’s definitely not a requirement. Looking for a production assistant to help out for a day at Chatswood. We will be filming shoppers in the area and required someone to help out with various tasks on the day: 1. Gather shoppers for interviews 2. Ask them questions while they are being recorded (not you, you will be off camera) 3. Ensure they have signed model release forms and give them a gift card at the end 4. Once the interview videos are done, will need you to assist in being an extra on screen for b roll footage where we will be filming shopping and eating scenes 5. Will also need your help to film a video which shows you redeeming a free product (scanning QR code, entering competition, lining up and redeeming free product) Start time is 10am and aiming to finish by 4pm in Chatswood, walking distance from train station. You will also need to sign a model release form so we can use your footage on social media (Instagram, Facebook, RedNote) Ideally you have some experience in filming or acting or interviewing. Must dress well in smart casual attire, no sneakers or sandals. Ideally female.
