I'm looking for someone experienced in sewing to help me make 6 placemats and 6 coasters. I want help both in construction and sewing. 1. Construction - I will provide 3 layers: printed fabric (front), stabiliser (middle) and matching fabric (back). - I need someone to put these 3 layers together and sew them into finished placemats and coasters. 2. Decorative Edge Stitching - I want a machine-sewn blanket stitch around the entire edge of each placemat and coaster. Similar to the image attached. - The stitching should be thick, visible and coral-coloured. 3. Sewing Machine & Thread - Please tell me what sewing machine you have (brand and model). - I will buy the coral decorative thread, but I need to know which thread thickness your machine can handle. Please let me know: - Can you do both the construction and decorative stitching? - What sewing machine do you use?

I’m looking for someone experienced with sewing or fabric alterations to resize an existing mesh flyscreen for the rear tailgate opening of my 2022 Suzuki Jimny. The flyscreen is already supplied. I just need it measured, trimmed and neatly sewn to fit the opening. The work would involve: * Measuring and marking the mesh to fit the rear opening. * Cutting away excess material. * Sewing a neat, reinforced edge to prevent fraying. * Making minor adjustments to the existing magnetic/Velcro attachments if needed. I’m after a clean, snug fit to keep insects out when camping. I’m based in Rosebery, Sydney, and happy to travel locally with the vehicle and flyscreen so it can be measured properly. It needs four sewn sleeves for concealed wooden dowels, with the dowel ends resting in small brackets on each side. I’ve attached an image of the design. Can you visit to measure, source the fabric and fittings, sew it, and install it? What is your earliest possible completion date? Please quote labour and materials separately.

I need some clothes repaired, see the following list: 2 skirt - needs back slit stitched back together 1 pant - with 5cm hole 1 pant - with 10cm hole 1 jacket - needs zipper fixed 1 wool skirt - inner lining repair 2 button up shirts with ironing holes 1 lace skirt with small holes <1cm 1 wool sweater needs a few holes patched, 2 small ones <2cm and 2 larger ones 3-5cm in diameter. I'm very happy for the larger holes in the pants and the sweater to be repaired with patches or visible mending rather than invisible repairs, as I'd like to keep the cost down. I'm also open to cute/creative visible mending designs and patches that add a bit of character to the clothes! I'm more interested in a repair being neat and durable than necessarily invisible. Happy to drop off and collect everything to somewhere within the City of Sydney, Bayside Council or Randwick Council. Flexible with timing. Please let me know your price for the whole bundle and what sort of repair you'd recommend.

Requiring 1 patch to be sown onto a suitcase. I have 20 suitcases (6 x 78cm and 14 x 55cm)that need a 7cm x 4cm patch sown onto the front of the material suitcase. Due to the number of suitcases it may be easier to do this on site rather then have then picked up and dropped off to be worked on in a different location. I believe they can be hand sown, but happy for you to advise best process for longevity. Also happy to discuss price, just putting a generic price get the listing up.

Attach ~20-30 patches to shirts using 4‑corner handstitch; clean finish, no visible back knots (Stitching style attached). We supply shirts, patches, thread, and a workstation. You bring other supplies if needed! This will be a whole day (8 hour event work). One/two patches per 30 minutes. Event will be held at The Galeries (Syd CBD), time TBC, looking at 9am-5pm with 30 minute break. Optional: Name / initial embroidery, for the same amt of time (1 to 2 patches per 30 minutes). Hi! I’m looking for an experienced seamstress, dressmaker or costume designer who can recreate three custom costumes for myself and two friends, based on the reference photos attached. We’re wanting the ethereal/gothic vampire look from the references, with each girl having a slightly different costume: • ivory/gold two-piece with draped sheer fabric • white/cream flowing gown with corset-style detailing • blush pink/cream flowing gown with gold embellishments They don’t need to be exact screen-accurate replicas, but we’d love them to be as close to the references as reasonably possible, particularly the silhouettes, sheer/draped fabrics, gold detailing and overall romantic gothic look. We’re happy to discuss fabrics and ways to recreate the detailing without making the costumes unnecessarily expensive. They only need to photograph beautifully and have the same overall effect as the originals. We can provide individual measurements for all three girls and attend fittings in Sydney if required.
