I have a piece of silk I'd like cut and sewed with liner for a King size bed. Sizes are shown on attached diagram. Will need to attend apartment to measure and confirm my measurements. Poplin or light cotton backing will be needed. Double stitching preferred.

My sewing machine won’t stitch. I’ve changed the needle I’ve made sure it’s thread correctly I’ve cleaned the bobbin holder. (I’m not a beginner I have been sewing a while)

Hi, I’m looking for someone to make my wedding dress. I have already found the design. It’s not a traditional dress and there will be a lot of beaded embroidery.

We have three green sports jackets (see images attached) that we are wanting our “Frankly So” logo (see PNG attached), 9.5 cm length, 2 cm width, embroidered on the front, right-hand side and in line with the current branded embroidery. Additionally, we are wanting the text “PRO-TEAM” (also see PNG attached) on the back of the jacket. Our inspiration design photo is the black t-shirt image attached in this email.

I need two items sewn. I don't have space to use a sewing machine. I can supply all the strapping and clips but not sure about thread to use. Belt: nothing fancy. Just a belt made with seat belt-like straps and quick release clips. Needs to be able to support some props for a costume. Harness: vest sized harness. I have 4 windows, plus front and back of the van ( around 600mm x 1000mm) have the fabric, need to cut the size and sew to make the cut look good

I have a rectangular foam dog bed (approx 30cm x 70cm), and I would like a new cover on it. -> the bed in the pic currently with a blue cover. I have an existing cover (for a different , but similarly sized dog bed) that I would like to use for this task (as the fabric very good quality / strong). -> the brown cover in the pic. The existing cover needs to be remade to fit the bed. There is enough material but it needs to be cut up/ sewn bag together so it fits the other bed. I understand there may be so additional seams due to the currently structure of the cover as the existing bed bolsters around the sides. There is a zip on the bottom side which goes around 2 sides so the cover can be washed. This will also need to be re-used in the new cover so it can be taken off and washed. The tasker will need to come and collect the cover and the foam insert (bed) from my house, and drop it back once complete. We can discuss more in person then :)

I have a dress that I absolutely love the entire back, and the colour, but the front of the top part is not very flattering for me. I tried to take it to my usual alterations lady but she said (and I agree) this job is going more into custom dress-making territory. As such I am looking for a Sydney-based dress-maker / seamstress who would like to take on this challenge. I have some ideas but am not fixed on what I’d like the front to look like, I am really happy to be flexible and guided by your experience.
