Find experienced local seamstresses in Zetland

I need an experienced dressmaker or tailor to alter this dress. The dress is too short, so I would like the entire lower pleated section removed and replaced with a new longer section that matches the original style and colour. I do not want fabric added to the bottom as an extension

I need help with sewing some sleeves/cape for a Britney Spears toxic costume. I have ordered the costume from Amazon (refer to photo) but it’s missing the sleeves. I’ve found a YouTube tutorial which shows how to make it and it looks relatively simple but I don’t have a sewing machine so looking for someone to help me sew this.
