hi, would like to get someone to clean the gutters. It is a single story with three bedrooms unit. It is just a regular cleanup to make sure that gutters will be in good condition. Not urgent.

Two story house gutters and down pipes need cleaning. Flat roof with gutters on the front and back (not the sides). Will need long ladders or be happy doing from roof. Also in the job two other smaller items: First clean the gutter of a medium sized shed in the backyard - low roof and only one side has a gutter. Second clear the roof and gutters of a cubby house on stilts. Some of the gutters and at least one downpipe are heavily blocked, including weeds. Some are relatively clear - all should be cleaned. One section on the back of the house has more difficult access as it is in between two sections of porch roofing (partially covered). A balcony along the length of the rear does assist with access. Must clear up before they leave and dispose of mess made during the clear out process.
