This would be suit an all rounder handyman with knowledge in building, roofing / guttering, carpentry, plumbing and gardening. There is a lot of on going handyman work. My existing handyman has personal / heath issues atm and cannot undertake the jobs required. You will need a 5-6m ladder and access will not be from the side of the building as this is not the property. I have attached rough photos so you get an understanding. Flashing is from the roof side not the external side as per photo. Will need to be complete on a DRY day. Not while it is raining. We will supply the sikaflex for the work. All other tools and ladder must be supplied by you. Need the roof sheet repair re sikafled with waterproof sikaflex around existing patch up about 1.5m x 1.5m approx unsure exactly the size of repair sheet at rear of building roof that has had a sheet put over a vent cut out and been patched up with silicone from 10 years ago. You will also need to clean up and remove any old silicone in order to re seal again. Also need the flashing on the roof where roofing meets wall (not the out side as per photo, this is to just give you an understanding of the section) at the front side re sikaflexed with waterproof sikaflex around 1-3m approx in length as we suspect water is coming under the flashing and down in between the besa blocks. Back then it was done with silicone which has now broken down. Again will need to remove and clean old silicone in order to re seal properly. Both these where done around 10 years ago which stoped the leaking and now seems like the silicone back then has failed and the small leak is happening again. There is also a wooden back door that needs the bottom shaved, paint / seal bottom of door as it has swelled from the rain (will need to be unhung and rehung) and a door handled that needs to be removed and tighten up the nuts at the front aluminium door. Could also do with a fortnightly gardener as well at $35 as per my other Airtasker ad.
