I need 1 x taxibox emptied from the street into my house. The taxi box will arrive between 7am and 9am and will be picked up from midday onwards. Preferred availability is around 9:30/10am. All items delivered to ground level (only 2 x steps up into the property). Items inside include furniture and boxes.

Need a 2+ person team to unload 2 Taxiboxes (contents of a 2 bedroom apartment) into a house. The taxiboxes will be parked directly outside the front door, so can be unloaded straight in. You won't need to bring a truck/vehicle. The appliances (fridge, washer, dryer), most boxes and living room furniture will go onto the ground floor, and the bedroom furniture/mattresses, a few more boxes onto first floor (one flight of stairs). No unpacking of boxes required. NB. I'm having a single taxibox delivered to my new rental on the 3rd of Feb sometime between 7am to 4pm (that's the range they've given me for now - I should know closer to the date). Given the range, it's probably best if this job can be done 4pm onward. I will need to remove the items from the taxibox and place them in the house - most things are pretty straightforward, but we have a Juki sowing machine, a set of drawers, a mattress, a big chair with ottoman, and some paintings. The whole thing should take less than an hour. The only complicated part is that the Taxibox will deliver to the front of my house. Entering through the front means there will be a flight of stairs to climb. However, if you enter through the back there are no stairs and it's quite straightforward. Ideally, if you have a van we can pack the large items in to the van, drive it around the back, and easily unload. It seems a bit of a headache but it'd likely be 10x quicker than going up the stairs. My partner and I will be there to help - mainly we require help with the bigger items.
