I need a 5-person spa moved about 10 metres across my property . Roughly 2.1m square and 900mm high, around 300kg dry. The direct route is tight, but a fence panel can be removed to open up clear access — so this should be a straightforward job for a team with the right gear. Spa will be drained and disconnected before you arrive Fence panel can come off and be refitted Ending up on existing slab Looking for enough people and the right equipment (spa dolly, straps) to do it safely without damaging the shell. I'll help where needed.

I need 2 people to unpack a heavy spa/head treatment bed from a wooden shipping crate and carefully carry it to the second-floor balcony at the back of the house. Remove and dispose of outdoor spa / hot tub, narrow side access Task details Old spa needs removing and taking away. Happy for it to be cut up on site, no need to keep it intact. The spa: - Already drained and disconnected from power - Timber step and cover to go as well Access, two options, your call: 1. Side path. 4+2 timber steps down from the patio, then a narrow gravel path along the side of the house, roughly 75cm at its tightest between the wall and the retaining wall pillar. Won't fit through whole, so it would need cutting into sections. 2. Over the back fence. The backyard backs onto a public park, so there's open space but vehicle access is locked by council so 20 metre walk to the road. Fence height approx 1.5m. What I need: - Spa, cover, and steps removed and disposed of - Site left tidy, no offcuts or debris - Your own tools, saw, and rubbish trailer Available 7 days. Please say in your offer whether you plan to cut it up or lift it over the fence, and confirm the price includes tip fees.
