I have w 3 seater couch sitting in my garage on the ground floor. I have had moving companies try and carry it on the stairs but unfortunately there is no way it would turn on the first and second flight of stairs. I have also had companies try lifting the couch using ropes (which was very dangerous) but that has almost damaged the neighbours properties. The only solution would be to lift the couch up using an "external truck elevator". So looking for someone who has an external truck elevator to lift the couch from the ground floor to the balcony on level 3. My apartment is located on broadbeach on first Avenue. An old 3 levels building. It's only one item (the couch). Very minimal physical work will be required. Happy to pay up to 250$ for the job.
