Hoping to move my fridge from cherrybrook to strathfield. It is a small fridge for a small unit (freezer on top and standard fridge on bottom). Not sure of brand but similar size to those ~200L fridges

I have a fridge in the garage, and a fridge in my kitchen I would like to be swapped around. From the garage to the kitchen there are approximately 15 stairs outside to bring you to the ground level apartment. I can be fairly flexible on times during work hours. This would perhaps best suit if you are close by and/or have other tasks to complete. I couldn't see this taking more than 20 minutes to complete. Just bring a trolley and I can help.
