Looking for 2 people to help move a sofa bed from our living room downstairs to a small bedroom upstairs. It’s a foldable sofa bed with a metal frame (fairly lightweight, not solid wood). When folded flat, it’s approx 123cm long x 50cm thick, so it can be carried upright through the staircase (93cm wide, with a quarter landing — photos attached). The task should take around 30 minutes. No disassembly required. Location: Carina Heights, Brisbane Budget: $100 (total for 2 people)

No assistance on sight, sorry. Please ensure you understand sofa bed is very heavy. I need assistance with furniture moving this Friday morning first thing (let's say 8:00am?). I need to move a sofa bed up one flight of stairs. It is very heavy (100kg) and would require at least three people to move it as the removalists who moved us in had a lot of trouble with two people. The couch is 2000mm L x 950mm W x 700mm H. The narrowest part of the stairs is 880mm at the very bottom but mostly around 900-1000mm. The desk is 1500mm L x 860mm W x 725mm H. Unsure of weight.
