one sofa - 3 seater 215cm long and 93cm wide. Will need 2 people to lift. Light-coloured fabric cover in perfect condition so needs extra care not to get any dirt on it in the transfer. it's on an upper floor of a large apartment building. No issue getting it through the door or into the lift. There's a service bay for pick up on one of the lower floors so no hassle getting it loaded safely and easily. Need help getting rid of a heal of old furniture and some old kids toys for the tip. Includes a couch that needs going. Is up 3 flights of stairs, but happy to throw over the side straight in to a skip
