We have a small office move taking place on Sunday and are looking for two reliable people with a van to help. The move is straightforward and should take around two hours. The office is on the first floor in Rosebery with one flight of stairs. Part 1: Move the following items downstairs into a storage crate located in the driveway of the building. • 1 small bar fridge • 1 shelving unit (118W × 35D × 193H cm) • 1 small round table • 2 small mobile desk drawer units on castors • 1 office chair • 3 medium boxes Part 2: Deliver the following items from Rosebery to an office in Double Bay (lift access). • 1 shelving unit (118W × 35D × 193H cm) • 2 office chairs • Lightweight felt panels • 3 small boxes The job must be completed on Sunday 2 August. Access to the Rosebery office and storage facility is available between 10.00 am and 3.00 pm, however the move itself should only take around two hours. Unfortunately, a truck won't be suitable due to access at both locations, so we're specifically looking for someone with a van. Nothing being moved is particularly fragile. We'd appreciate moving blankets to help protect the furniture. A trolley will also be needed for the bar fridge and drawer units. The shelving units remain assembled and can be transported on their sides. We're looking for someone with furniture moving experience, good reviews and clear communication. When making an offer, please confirm: • Your offer includes two people. • You'll be using a van. • You're available on Sunday within the above access window. • Your quote is the total price, including labour, travel and Airtasker fees. We'd prefer to work directly with the person making the offer, rather than having the job subcontracted to others.
