Large framed art piece 1.45 x 2.45 m to be collected from Donelly Auctions in North Perth/Menora and delivered to an apartment in the city. There is contractors parking bay in the building but max clearance height for a van/ute is 1.95m. From the bay it leads to the elevator otherwise you'll need to park in the alley and carry/wheel it up some ramps to get to the elevator. Elevator is 1.6m w x 1.4m d × 2.2m h so the piece should just about fit in the elevator if on a tilt. The guys at the auction house can help you carry load it up and I can meet you at apartment to help otherwise will need 2 people to carry it. Happy to pay extra if you can help me mount it on the wall too
