I am looking for someone to inspect rental properties in and around the Sydney CBD area on my behalf. I am really busy and struggle to get to all inspections, which seem to happen at the same time. The person would need to attend the open home, sign in for me, and do a walk-through video of the inside and outside of the property. Provide a summary of the condition of the property talking to pro's and con's. And call out anything of concern, such as obvious damage, or potential issues with taking the property. I am looking for someone who is flexible and generally available to do different inspections that happen Mon - Fri between 9-5, and Saturday mornings as they come up.
