Find a real estate professional in Sydney City CBD

Hi I need someone to pick up lost property from a hotel i stayed at APX world square Sydney on my behalf (a laptop) i live on the sunshine coast QLD so i cant do it myself. They would then need to take it to Australia post box it carefully etc then send it to me in QLD.

The job is simple: * Attend the property at the agreed time * Set up the Matterport camera and tripod * Move around the property and scan each area * Make sure all rooms are captured * Upload the scan when finished Equipment and instructions will be provided. You’ll need to be reliable, punctual, comfortable using a phone/app, have good attention to detail, and have your own transport. Similar to completing a real-estate property scan. Casual, as-needed work with the potential for ongoing jobs.

Inspect property for me in three location

I am looking for someone to inspect rental properties in and around the Sydney CBD area on my behalf. I am really busy and struggle to get to all inspections, which seem to happen at the same time. The person would need to attend the open home, sign in for me, and do a walk-through video of the inside and outside of the property. Provide a summary of the condition of the property talking to pro's and con's. And call out anything of concern, such as obvious damage, or potential issues with taking the property. I am looking for someone who is flexible and generally available to do different inspections that happen Mon - Fri between 9-5, and Saturday mornings as they come up.
