Roof-mounted pool solar heating system has a continuous pressurised water leak from the vacuum relief valve (VRV) or an adjoining fitting. This is not normal operation and appears to be a failed valve or cracked joint. System is approximately 4 years old. Job includes inspection, replacement of the VRV or faulty fitting, and pressure testing once repaired. Property is double storey with easy roof access. Solar heating can be isolated; filtration remains operational.

There may be something clogged in the pool pipe running from the skimmer box intake pipe to the pump skimmer basket. When we clean out the pump basket and turn it back on , leaves immediately come into that basket even though the pool is clean. Also we are now getting a low flow message on the control box so a foreign object may have been sucked in and is now stuck and needs flushing out.

Looking for someone to scoop leaves out of my swimming pool until it's clear. Approx 2 - 3 hours of work.

The pool was painted 2 weeks ago, unfortunately it rained and needs to be repainted. The pool needs to be cleaned again before painting. Haven't used since then since it keeps on raining. No special treatment. Just the maybe sweep the leaves and wiped or mopped so that the dust can be removed.
