Dyson vacuum cleaner needs to be emptied the barrel is full and the head of the vacuum needs matter to be removed from it to work properly and efficiently clean the floor. I need someone that has had this type of Dyson before and is very familiar how to take care of it and knows exactly what to do rather not someone that wants to have a go, figure it out as they go along and risk breaking something on the vacuum.

2 year old pebble Crete pool, I've been told the Crete mix/hardener has created alot of calcium build up on all over the pebble Crete and water line tiles.
