I need someone to fix a dripping shower head in my bathroom

I have a bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower and vanity. Water is getting through into the carpeted room directly next to the bathroom, but this only happens when the bathtub is used. Using the shower and vanity does not appear to cause any leaking. I need a licensed plumber to inspect the bathtub and identify exactly where the water is escaping from, including checking the bath waste/drain connection, trap/pipework, overflow and seals around the bathtub, and repair the cause of the leak. Photos are attached showing the bathroom and the adjoining carpeted room. Please bring the necessary tools for diagnosis and let me know in your offer whether minor parts/materials are included. If a larger repair is discovered, please advise before carrying out additional work.

Fully plumbing job replaced main pipe

Wall mounted hot water sink need to replace and chcek the water pressure

Cut holes in cupboard to fit taps, sink and drain pipe , install and connect flick mixer taps and drain pipe.

Replace 2 x shower heads, 1 x sink mixer (have the fittings already), inspect the kitchen sink and determine if it’s a drain seal or dishwasher connection, small leak in cupboard.

Only warm water coming out on the shower and tap. tried adjust the temp valve but not working. I think the hot water tank still heating when I release the pressure valve.

When we turn the water tap on or off, there is a noise that seems to come from the hot water unit and the water line, especially the hot water line. It doesn’t happen with all the taps. But it is too noisy.
