Only warm water coming out on the shower and tap. tried adjust the temp valve but not working. I think the hot water tank still heating when I release the pressure valve.

PVC pipes under house replaced for a toilet to be reinstalled post Reno, toilet reinstalled and fix a leaking tap. Must be a qualified plumber to ensure work is done appropriately. Work needs to be completed Fri 10/10 at the latest.
