We have a constant drip from our shower head and from the bottom of the mixer in the wall. We tried to DIY this fix but the new valve cartridge we bought (Kinetic 35mm Mixer Tap Flat Cartridge) made the leak worse. Conceding that we need a plumber’s help. Thanks
Reg figured out that the issue with our valve cartridge was incompatible pin sizes due to new universal standards, and he came back the next day with a solution. We got a satisfactory result!
