**Kitchen sink mixer tap + isolation valves replacement** Need a licensed plumber to replace my kitchen sink mixer tap and both isolation valves underneath (hot and cold). **The tap:** The gooseneck spout has detached from the base. There's a small internal locking clip that's snapped off, so the spout lifts and comes away from the base as soon as the water is turned on. It can't be re-seated or repaired, it needs a new spout or a full tap replacement. **The isolation valves:** Both the hot and cold valves under the sink are faulty. One has the end cap completely snapped off. The other turns but doesn't actually shut the water off. Neither is currently isolating the water, so the water will likely need to be shut off at the meter to do this job. **Current state:** Nothing is actively leaking right now, the tap is just unusable since the spout won't stay down. This isn't urgent/emergency, just needs proper repair. Happy to send more photos. Would appreciate the plumber's opinion on the general condition of the fittings under the sink while they're there too.

Fix Toilet Making Hissing/Sucking Noise I’m looking for someone with plumbing experience to diagnose and fix my toilet cistern. Issue: * The toilet makes a constant hissing noise after flushing. * Earlier it was making intermittent “sucking” noises. * The cistern fills normally and the water stops when the float is lifted manually. * The water level sits close to the overflow. * There is no water trickling into the toilet bowl, so it doesn’t appear to be leaking through the flush valve. * Moving the cistern/lid briefly stopped the noise, but it has returned. I have an AquaMAX 390 natural gas storage hot water system in Dapto that has stopped working. The house gas supply is working (stove works, gas meter is on, unit gas isolation valve is on), but the hot water system pilot won’t light. The igniter clicks, but there’s no hiss/gas flow to the pilot even when holding the control in on PILOT. It seems like it may be the gas control valve or pilot assembly.

The shower is mounted quite high, I'd like to replace it with a new shower head ( I have already bought from bunnings, see picture) so the head can be lowered and is a bit more user-friendly. The screen is also not working and I'd like the bearings replaced.
