one of the shower tap threads is worn out and I need to use a tap tool to fix the thread wall. 1/2” BSP

I need the spindle on my shower tap replaced. The tap is very difficult to tighten and even when fully tightened it still drips. I'm looking for someone to supply and replace the correct spindle. Please quote labour separately from parts if applicable.

My apartment's external laundry room has been recently demolished and so I now need my washing machine to be set up next to the dishwasher in the kitchen. The washing machine needs to be moved from the first floor to a second floor apartment. The dishwasher is currently set up, however both machines will be using the same tap, so they will need to be set up with a joiner. I should have all parts necessary to complete the installation.
