Hot water tap in shower constant trickle from yesterday morning

I have a straight run (about 7.5m) of hot and cold water pipes along an over head bearer in my rumpus room. I need it moved from that bearer to another one on the other side of the room. Reconnection on both ends will be required. There will also need to be a new 2.7m approx run of pipes from the corner of the rumpus room where the pipes originate from to the other side of the room where they will turn 90 degrees and run along the other bearer.

We need a hot water tap run to our laundry. We have cold water taps but no hot water taps.

I have an existing solar hot-water system with an electric booster currently connected to Controlled Load/off-peak. I also have rooftop solar PV and would like a simple, cost-effective solution to allow the hot-water booster to run during the day using my normal household supply/solar generation rather than having to wait for the off-peak period. Ideally, I’m looking for a straightforward timer setup with a manual override/boost option when required. The existing solar hot-water system is working and I’m not looking to replace it or install an expensive solar diverter. Looking for a licensed electrician to check the existing setup and make the modification if suitable.

5 burner gas cook top. Some of the burner flames are not consistent. Need cleaning for better flame quality and functioning. The gas stove frames sitting on top of cook top need cleaning.

Fix Toilet Making Hissing/Sucking Noise I’m looking for someone with plumbing experience to diagnose and fix my toilet cistern. Issue: * The toilet makes a constant hissing noise after flushing. * Earlier it was making intermittent “sucking” noises. * The cistern fills normally and the water stops when the float is lifted manually. * The water level sits close to the overflow. * There is no water trickling into the toilet bowl, so it doesn’t appear to be leaking through the flush valve. * Moving the cistern/lid briefly stopped the noise, but it has returned. I’m not sure if it’s the inlet/fill valve, a float adjustment, or something else. I’d like someone to inspect it, diagnose the problem, and repair it if possible. Please let me know if any replacement parts are likely to be required. Flexible with times. Please quote for diagnosis and repair.
